Guest Collateral and Seasonal Design

Design that guests hold, keep, and take home.

Awaji Island Kobe Kyoto Lake Biwa Okayama Shikoku

The situation

Digital gets a guest to the front door. What they carry away is physical. Seasonal cards, bottles, and printed guides are where a hotel group’s brand becomes a keepsake, and where design quality is felt in the hand.

The summer pop-up card, opened.

What we did

  • Seasonal pop-up card. A layered paper pop-up celebrating summer on Awaji Island, built across multiple depth layers. The design draws on the island’s own summer language: the Naruto whirlpools, the Hanasajiki flower fields, chochin lanterns, and festival evenings, rendered in a warm, joyful illustration style developed for the group
  • Wine bottle program. Copy pending.
  • Onsen guides and in-room print. Practical, welcoming print pieces that help international guests enjoy onsen culture with confidence
  • Creative direction that keeps every physical piece in the same family as the website and the group’s brand voice
Closed, and the illustration artwork the card is built from.

Where it stands

Guests leave with something designed. The seasonal program gives the group a repeatable format for future seasons and campaigns.
