For Hotel New Awaji Group, a multi-property coastal resort on Awaji Island, we built a bilingual brand and digital system that communicates Japanese hospitality to a global audience. Moongate led English-language positioning, website copy and UX, and guest-facing visual systems across the group’s properties.

The work bridges the cultural specificity of omotenashi with the clarity international guests need to choose, book, and return.
