The situation
Most studios deliver and leave. Hospitality does not work that way. Seasons change, markets shift, and a group of this size makes decisions every month that touch the guest experience. The most valuable work often happens between the launches.
What we did
- An ongoing advisory retainer with the group’s leadership, working in English and Japanese
- PR and market strategy, including a course of action for reaching the Korean travel market, one of Japan’s largest inbound audiences
- Structural mapping of how work gets done across the group: what lives in-house, what is outsourced, and where the gaps are
- Monthly bilingual focus reporting, so priorities stay visible and aligned on both sides
- A standing seat at the table for questions that do not fit a scope: new concepts, new markets, new ideas
Where it stands
The relationship is the product. Every chapter on these pages came out of this ongoing partnership, and the next ones will too.
This is how we work.
Long-term, bilingual, and on both sides of the table. If your group is building for international guests, start here.
