Where complex projects begin
We work with clients at the earliest stages to define direction, scope, and feasibility. This phase focuses on clarifying intent, aligning stakeholders, and establishing a credible foundation before design, procurement, or construction decisions are made.
Typical work includes early strategy, experience definition, feasibility review, and project framing for large-scale public, cultural, and entertainment initiatives.
-
Turning vision into actionable environments
This phase translates ideas into structured experience systems. We develop spatial narratives, user journeys, and design frameworks that align creative ambition with real-world constraints, ensuring concepts can scale, operate, and endure.
Our work spans immersive attractions, public realm environments, cultural destinations, and mixed-use developments.

Design with execution in mind
For projects moving toward realization, we provide integrated design leadership across disciplines. This includes coordinating experience intent with architecture, landscape, technology, operations, and construction planning—supporting long-term performance beyond opening day.
This approach reflects our experience working on permanent installations, large infrastructure projects, and destination-scale developments worldwide.
