IN-HOUSE DESIGN CONTRIBUTION WITHIN A GLOBAL BRAND
The Peacock Theater project at Universal Studios Japan was developed as a corporate-branded environment for high-profile events. The work shown here reflects design contributions made while serving in an in-house creative role, operating within Universal Studios Japan’s established brand, operational, and technical frameworks.
Responsibilities included architectural theming development, façade articulation, signage design, and detailed environmental elements and coordinated in alignment with internal teams, external vendors, and site constraints.

Design efforts focused on shaping a distinctive theater identity suitable for corporate programming while respecting the broader Universal Studios Japan context. Classic theater motifs were interpreted through contemporary materials, lighting integration, and marquee elements to create a clear arrival moment and flexible event-ready environment.
The work balanced visual presence with operational considerations, supporting a range of event formats without disrupting surrounding park functions.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT WITH OPERATIONAL AWARENESS
Contributions emphasized build-ready detailing and coordination, including elevation studies, signage systems, material selection, and technical documentation. All design decisions were informed by durability, maintenance, and guest-flow requirements associated with live event use within an operating entertainment destination.
