Building a K-pop boy band from zero.

A K-pop label engaged Moongate to develop the concept for a new boy band from the ground up. The work moves beyond music into identity, narrative world, and the fan experience that surrounds it, treating the group itself as a living IP.

We shaped the story arc, visual language, and platform thinking, opening lines into immersive activations, retail, and commercial extensions where the audience can step inside the world.
