We led early-stage experience strategy to reposition an underperforming mall as a mixed-use destination anchored by public life. The brief moved beyond retail optimization to a framework integrating culture, programming, and community.

Spatial design turned circulation into experience, while flexible zones were built for events, pop-ups, and shifting tenant needs, giving the asset long-term relevance as urban behavior continues to change.
